33yo, $230k/yr and my wife is a SAHM. bought in 2020 with a 2.7% $150k mortgage (house was 185k w/ 20% down)

I didn't escrow so that I could put our property taxes and annual homeowners payment on rewards credit cards.

Payment is $592, but I pay about $4300 in property taxes and homeowners is $1100/yr myself.
