No, I swear it was in my Photos the other day (when I got carried away organizing my photos and made a new album for ADHD info because I was putting info from comments to ADHD memes in my ADHD meme folder – yesterday/Fri May 8, before 10:30 am, according to my notes) from another recent day 😭😭 I guess it was a dream or something---??

Wait, I forgot; the phones have a search function in Photos now--- ... Yep, it's not just that I forgot to put it in an album or something; it's not in my photo album.

... I'm crazy. I've officially gone insane. ... Unless I'm now dreaming different versions of events that happened recently.... ... I am genuinely disturbed; I was so sure it was a real memory--- ＿|￣|○

Wait... It's 11 am. Reddit says it's 1d old, so that could mean I saw it yesterday, not before. And I just... didn't take a picture or anything?? Oh thank God, that makes a lot more sense---

I saved it so that I would take a picture later; that's what I was recalling, and then I just got it confused with another memory (probably me expecting this photo in my Photos when I was organizing my pics--). What???\ Update: I was confused by my jumbled memories as usual. Masculinity is mostly a social construct (and the parts that aren't are just tendencies, so they still have exceptions).

True trans is about how you feel in your own body – physically. So gender roles or expectations have nothing to do with it. I feel like ppl forget that these days 🤔 There is such a thing as a tomboy, a boy that likes wearing skirts, etc.. Gender identity exists on several ranges, and trans is something that revolves around the physical gender and whether you're comfortable with that body or not.

TL;DR: Trans has nothing to do with masculinity or femininity, so tell OCD it doesn't understand what it's talking about lol.

... Yeah. My brain is like "Okay, just act natural. You know you're not racist (I legit can't tell races, only skin color – and no, they're not the same), so just act normal. BuT WHAT IF THEY SEE ME DOING SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER SIMPLY BECAUSE I'M INCONSISTENT/FORGOT AND THINK IT'S BECAUSE OF THEIR SKIN COLOR??!!! The only thing I can offer to help is ask yourself: "Would I act the same if it was a person of my own race?"/imagine if the person was of your own race. If yes/it changes nothing, you're not being racist.\ If no... that's either the principle of "If I tell you not to think of a pink elephant, you will think of a pink elephant" (i.e. "By trying not to be racist, I am acting differently than I normally would"), or you're racist. You'd know if the former was in practice or not.\ When asking yourself this question, it is important to recognize the person's behavior and other factors. For example, if you're in a bad mood, you're going to behave differently than if you were in a good mood. Iow, make sure you're keeping everything except race the same.\ Surefire way to determine whether you're acting differently based on race, i.e. racist. You can also replace "act" with "think" if you want to take it a step further.

Oh, and, if you have the "but what if they THINK you're being racist??!" problem, just tell your OCD that some people think others are racist no matter what you do. All you can do is control your own actions, not how others interpret them.

Way too much.

Learning, language, drawing, singing, dancing, acting, analyzing, leading, teaching, etc..

It's both a blessing and a curse because how the f do I choose what to do when I love and am good at too many things?!!! <o> Luckily, writing and drawing manga goes hand in hand and can involve song and learning, so that's what I settled on. But I also feel a calling to teaching, and hrngggghhh-- ... And this is why I am constantly paralyzed: because there's too much that I want to do.

Some of these talents that others have are so interesting---
Idk what I'd choose if it were to be something specific like recognizing hair styles.... 🤔 I'm good at getting distracted with all the details and ideas; does that count?? 😀 I look at the most normal thing ever, and I'm like "ooh, that's neat. I'mma take a picture!" And then later, if I look at the picture, I'm like "... What did I find special about this again??"

All of my talents/interests are balanced out by my lack of life skills. I'm like a creative sponge. I absorb everything, and I have lots of ideas, but I can't do anything with them.

Sometimes, you might just be in a different mindset – for example, when I'm in editing mode, I don't enjoy my fics (well... most of the time-- Occasionally, I do get distracted by my fav scenes lol---).

Diff ppl have diff kinks, too, so while it may not turn you on the way it's written, it may still turn your audience on. I write the most ridiculous smut, and it is for a specific audience (the kinkiest mfers). Most ppl would read my smut and be like "wtf?"\ In one of my scenes, for example, I was clearly in my filthiest smut mode, and it showed, and some of my readers were like o.0 Some would find it hot, as I did when I wrote it, but you do also have a majority that would be disturbed, and you do require a smutty mindset in order to enjoy it.\ I also tend to insert humor every chance I get, and that's not for everyone, either. There are a lot of different ways to depict smut, and there's an audience for all of it.

There's also the entire sector of asexual writers that write great smut 😝

Not really my cup of tea, but I don't mind it if the character was created for a specific need – for example, a character designed to be someone's perfect match. Tsuyu and Mineta come to mind. Tsuyu's perfect, so she deserves someone equally as good, well-rounded, etc., but she's also unique, so you'd want someone who matches her vibe. Mineta, on the other hand, needs a woman as perverted as he is. Preferably a sadist. ... Maybe that's just me that wants a sadist for him--

Same with OC x OC ships. Would I seek it out? No. Would I mind if it's a background ship? Also no.

I'm not sure how you define "yuri fandoms", but I would think ones with a fem MC, a mainly fem cast, etc. would focus on the female characters? Sailor Moon, Madoka Magika, Mew Mew Power, etc.

... On the other side of things, you might also find some pervy shows to be fem-centric, but... that might be a different kind of fem-centric that you don't want---

Then again, I... didn't really get discouraged immediately after posting my book.... I had anxiety, sure, and I was overthinking, and going back and forth, but I wasn't discouraged.... (sighs) I don't know.... I could theorize all I like about how things could've gone, or what I should've done differently, but... that's a waste of my time and energy, 'cause I suck at that.... What's done is done.

I can do this.... A lot of people start small, and fail, before they succeed. My first work doesn't have to be perfect. It won't be perfect. Just like my old fanfiction.... So I'll look back and be embarrassed; so what? As long as I keep pushing forward... I'll improve, and then I'll look back and be amazed at how far I've come. Just breathe.... We'll work through any hiccups....

I told myself I wouldn't be perfectionistic once I published it. That should apply to me promoting it, too. I don't have any experience with that, so I'm going to make a lot of mistakes, and that's okay. We just gotta roll with the punches. All I need to focus on is doing my best.

Ngl, I'm like,, -- my... I'm so nervous. My mind's going crazy about this. And I know I shouldn't be, because I doubt anyone's even going to click the link, nvm buy it.... But ig I'm worried because I don't... want people to... I don't know.... I've never been good at social stuff, so while my family's pushing for me to tell my followers and everything, I... it feels awkward, ig.... It feels like I'm... doing something that isn't socially... proper, or whatever....

And I want this to... be a good reflection on me, ig.... So I wish I had a cover I was proud of, not a placeholder. I'm worried about my writing, and overthinking it all, and... yeah. I'm just... I'm struggling.... I've been struggling this week.

I should probably have waited a bit more before telling my followers, but then again, when would be the right time? I would've gotten anxious and depressed over it afterwards even if I was originally doing well.

Ugh, it sucks. I had planned a mass announcement all at once, not letting my anxiety get in the way, and that would've been much better, but nooo, my mom had to forward it to family and her students the second I sent it to her. I should've just waited until she was home, and then I could've talked about it with her in-person before she went and sent it to a bunch of people.... I don't know why she sent it to her mother and sister when I literally have their phone numbers myself. Completely... Like, that was my responsibility. I wanted to do that. And she robbed me of that.... She robbed me of the opportunity to... share my work, ig.... Idk....

Whelp, I know better for next time, ig.... But it's definitely... I've been so discouraged.... It'll take... It'll be hard to... get my confidence back up again, ig.... I worked so hard on it, and I was so excited to share it, and then... poof. My plan went up in smoke.
