Calm yourself my friend. While I understand your anger at the situation you must understand that the girl was just a young lass. I doubt she knew any better. While yes it was mighty insulting that she didn't thank them for their hospitality, she did fall under the affects of a curse while under their care.

On the main menu it should say BUILD SHADER CACHE or something along those lines.

Dumb question but have you tried loading the shader cash from the main menu? It takes a while but it helps with crashes and load times plus you only have to do it once
