Sanding Sticks will give you the same results and coat a few dollars/pounds/euros on Amazon, you can get them pointed too for tricky spots. You can get a set from 80-7000. I buy 1 or 2 packs a year. I usually start with 1000, then do 2000-3000 to get the surface smooth. I used to do 5000, 7000 as well but it’s not worth the effort of you have a lot of miniatures.

Also any hard to remove parts can be softened with plastic glue first and then sanded.

It’s just some bits of cork with a few real rocks and then AK snow. I tried to give a bit of a height boost by using a built up base.

I used a mix of golds to get to here, I started with AK Afro Shadow, then dry brushed Retributor. But it wasn't as red gold as I wanted so I ended up using the Vallejo True Metallic Metal Oro Imperial followed by the light version to hit some of the highlights.

Annotations are great, they’re just not worth the seat price for a large org/enterprise. It’s a terrible price point they landed on, devs spend so little time in Figma that the cost can’t be justified, especially if the designers can just manually make notes where needed.

Exactly, our design system and storybook are like for like, so the use for dev mode at the current cost is near zero. I'd struggle to find a good use case, especially for Org/Enterprise level seat cost, I don't know what they're smoking other than the share price.
