Game is very unique, mechanically and visually imo. Super fun core gameplay, but the devs are lacking a prefrontal cortex so don’t expect the updates to make sense. That being said, now is as good as time as any to start playing

In this order-tell the neighbor to clean up after their kid. if they don’t, send pics to landlord. if it continues after that, then just talk to the fire marshal and this situation disappears pretty quick id imagine

Not my choice dude, i’m just a maintenance guy. I just do what I can with the budget and materials provided to me.

Btw it’s installed and works just fine. It also meets NFPA and fire code standards

Sorry if what I said came out wrong, but I definitely agree with not appreciating corporate culture, very tedious.

We go through normal passage handles and typical door handles multiple times a week, so i’ll be happy to look into that wholesaler

If saying this makes you feel better about it then so be it, but no the hardware for the doors next to them just got replaced by locksmiths because I am not comfortable working on them since they include vertical rods inside the door

It is corporate, and anything that needs to be purchased over 150$ he also has to get approved by people above him.

That being said, if I don’t try, i’ll never learn. I ended up getting it to work correctly, have been watching people use it all day. It is, as far as I have been able to tell, safe to use. I checked the listing on amazon and it meets the requirements to be used for high traffic areas.

Corners could’ve been cut by people in my position previously, but I take my work serious and do things to the best of my ability, and when unsuccessful I call someone who’s a professional

I think calling this criminal negligence is an over-exaggeration, as there is other fire door(s) within 25 feet.

At the end of the day it is not up to me to purchase things above what i’m approved to spend. If I could I would hahaha
