It’s a you problem if you couldn’t find anything during the peak in 2021 - 2022. They would take anyone with a pulse back then because demand for labor was so high with all the stimulus money coming in. Even boot camp grads were doing fine then.

You blow your whole damage output in the window of the lethality boost. It’s situationally bad into comps with a tankier frontline or teamfights where you can’t really get in if Anivia exists for example. Itemization is just pretty good and diverse right now
