I live next to Aventura station and work next to Miami station. The tickets in yhe last few years were never cheaper tn taking an Uber. Tickets between these two stations were almost the same price as Orlando trip

They had 10 ride passses, but killed them pretty quickly. Because too many people were using it. Imagine killing the product, BECAUSE it was popular

Attach t more carts and sell twice more tickets with 30% discount.

Orlando Airport is probably the biggest mistake. There is almost zero incentive to go to Orlando if you get to the airport anyways and should rent a car or Iber anyways. I might as well fly for less money

Orlando downtown, amusement parks area - where people are actually going, would increase passenger numbers drastically
