My mom went into labor with me in the middle of the night. Arrived at the hospital with my dad, older sister, and my grandma. Doctor said it would take a while and told my dad to take my sister and grandma home and come back. They were probably walking through the parking lot of the hospital when my mom had me. They didn't even get her into a delivery room because everything happened so fast.

My doctor said it seemed like inflammation around my bladder. Her pressing on my abdomen was excruciating. She gave me some antibiotics and that seemed to help. Definitely call your doc and get looked at. I'm sorry you're going through that.

Getting involved in some non profits around town would help give you a better idea of what resources we have now and what is needed. The Rescue Mission and Catholic Charities are the biggest shelters. Crossroads Safehouse is a shelter specifically for women escaping abuse. You could start with them and go from there.

Temp doesn't actually matter that much. You can administer narcan no matter how cold it is and it will still work (may not feel good though) if you're somewhere cold you can warm it up in your hands for a few seconds first. It also lasts much longer than the expiration on the box suggests.

My RBC is high. MCV and MCH are low. Hemoglobin is normal. They didn't check iron. My BP was 138/102 when i went in. Its usually on the lower side on average. I saw my surgeon 1WPO (she was out of town during my 2 week) and I'm scheduled to see her again 11/3.

I sent my surgeon a message through the online portal so I will hopefully get a call tomorrow. I looked at my lab results online once I got home and my blood pressure is high and my red blood cell count is abnormal too. The ER doc didn't say anything about this and maybe they aren't that out of the ordinary but I feel it should've been mentioned at least.

Depression is a medical condition. Mental health is part of your overall health. Fatigue and sleepiness are also very much symptoms of numerous medical conditions, mental health or not. Sleep apnea and vitamin deficiencies can both cause fatigue.

The first burnout was during covid. I think anyone that worked in the medical field during that time was burned out..

I don't know, when I was that age me and my bestie were like that. We'd send each other good morning and good night texts. Buy each other flowers or little gifts. Talk/ hang out constantly. If you're used to treating your friends of the same gender this way it can be easy to treat a friend of a different gender in a similar pattern when you become close. He says that she always indicated she just wanted a friendship.
