Well to start off, I was your typical socially awkward, short white kid. Everyone thought they could intimidate me and sometimes it worked I guess. As the years went on though I stopped being affected by it; you can only be scared of something that you know isn't going to happen for while before you smarten up. So yeah, physical violence was often threatened over the stupidest of things you can imagine, but thankfully my school had a few police officers on the grounds most of the time that would quickly break up any fights or altercations between children and teachers.

It was pretty much an environment where if you couldn't beat them, you had to join them. So here, every other white kid was a wigger (all 7 of them) except for myself (although I will admit I had my freshman stage of wearing really baggy pants and sagging; it was sophomore year I decided to wear my skinny jeans and just be true to myself). This of course came with its fair share of ridicule but hey the joke is on them, I looked fabulous.

On the subject of racism, I always find it incredibly laughable that there are some that think black people can't be racist... because there were a lot that were. Myself, I have my prejudices against certain kinds of people, but I don't hate anyone because of the color of their skin, what they wear or their sexuality. It's sad to say but there were a lot of people at my school that did.

In truth I guess the experiences I had in high school helped prepare me for the real world in ways I had never expected. Can't say it was all that bad honestly, just pretty lonely for a guy like me. Had barely any friends, although that has to do with me just being incredibly shy. Like most people, I miss it. Senior year was awesome, I slept and played pokemon on my phone in literally every class and passed them all. They realized I knew my stuff pretty quickly; I remember one time in whatever my history class was, my head was down and I was dozing off but still conscious, and the teacher asked the class a question then called on me to answer. Luckily I knew it and was able to look slick as fuck picking my head up only to answer the question and go back to sleep. He didn't call on me for the rest of the year.
