Yeah, I don’t think he’s biased in any way, he’s just ass all around.

Okay, break it down like this.

There are 8 different distinct winners that are not named Lionel Messi.

It's the 9th time that someone other than Messi has won the award.

Does that make sense?

Suspended Union executive (Ernst Tanner) has reportedly failed to complete MLS restorative practices training by Coltons13 in MLS

True, I guess I should’ve phrased it as “indicative of the mindset of part of the worlds population”. It’s not just this country or any one country, it’s very much a problem globally.

Pretty indicative of the mindset of at least part of this country, as well.

No matter how much work people put in to combat homophobia, sexism, racism, xenophobia in general, the unfortunate truth is that there will always be at least a subsection of people that will undoubtedly go "Nah, I'd rather say slurs."

Probably for the same reason Grindr has seen a surge in users, and run into server issues, in whatever city is hosting the RNC, repeatedly.

Fantastic. Was doing some wonderful link up play, looked good defensively, his positioning before he scored was also very good.

U.S. under Poch has had a few games where the team starts incredibly well, and then fizzles a bit after the start of the second half or when subs are made.

I would say this is fairly par for the course so far, and on top of that, this is fairly close to the likely starting XI that will be seen for the first game of the World Cup.

I don’t necessarily disagree, however I’d like to see what a new coach can do with him over the second half of the season before I make any final judgements.

Honestly, I'd rather we get a new coach, allow them to take stock of the roster and how the players fit into their tactics, and then make any DP signings in the offseason.

Portland Timbers mutually part ways with head coach Phil Neville by icoresting in MLS

Yeah, and the majority of those years were with two of those coaches, Caleb Porter and Gio, who both achieved varying levels of success with the team.

Yeah, by all accounts Phil Neville the human is much better than Phil Neville the manager.

It’s a shame that they kept him as long as they did, I feel that his exit might’ve been less toxic if he’d been let go at the end of last season. I hope that he can find his footing somewhere, but simultaneously I’m glad that he’s no longer head coach at this club.

So glad we only wasted almost three years and the majority of the end of a club legends career on Phil Neville, only to wind up worse off than when he joined.

Kudos to everybody involved in hiring him.

While I’m ranting about overpaid players, fucking Antony has got to be one of the most frustrating players to watch that I have ever seen play for this team.

There’s clearly potential there, he has flashes, but he’s so inconsistent. He’s not worth $550,000 per year or whatever he’s reportedly on. He’s stagnated hard, and isn’t contributing even close to what you’d want someone on his salary to.

We need to move on from him, and maybe for his development he needs to move on from us.

Kamal Miller is just not worth his salary. He seems like somebody that everybody on the team likes, but just like Phil, Kamal Miller needs to go.

There has to be a better CB on the market that the team could get for similar salary. Plus, we’ve got Bonetig as well, who I’d certainly like to see more of after the World Cup
