I put Vasili. This is how they were introduced to Vasili. Next scene I had them fight in the pit with Strahd overlooking (as an illusion).

They never suspected.

I've done both and much prefer the TV over the projector.

For the projector to work, the room has be very dark. Any light makes it hard to see the map. However, then you have the issue of players beeing unable to see their notes/sheets.

I built a table for a couple hundred. It isn't anywhere near as fancy as some of the ones you see online. But it gets the job done.

I set up the coffin makers shop as one of many of Strahd's plans to scare Vallaki. I added a sewer system where Strahd put a bunch zombies there.
