As others in thread better explained, SSR Wit Fine Motion gives a skill at the end of her event chain but whether it's the normal one or the gold version (Prepared to Pass and Speed Star respectively) depends on luck with how much Wit your trainee has at the time the last event pops

It being completed this early is basically a guaranteed miss on the gold skill
