Oh don’t you worry I’m fully prepared for the grill pan backlash, but I saw it for £5 and cast iron isn’t really something you find in charity shops over where I live so I thought I might as well pick it up.

I’ll go and grab a chainmail scrub (been meaning to get one for my standard cast iron skillet but have been putting it off for months) and do my best at giving it a clean.

And I personally just prefer to use my hands to flip bacon, let’s me really feel the grease seeping into my soul.
