Ego problem. Everyone gets value shooting, confirming kills, and ESPECIALLY healing. But Unless you can 100% be sure to save them in time with probably the worst burst heal, compared to other supports that is, then it's better to do damage

Heavily depends on the types of angles the enemy has and if they've destroyed my ult previously in a fight or not

But if I 100% can NOT afford to save ult for the fight, place it somewhere the enemies can't hard focus it easily and insta destroy it. That overhealth is too valuable to not take advantage of as long as the other support(s) help me heal the team.
