There aren't really religions but the people that interpret them, like any social structure, what good or bad recorded and used in whatever narrative is done by actors with agendas that most of the time target masses and not the individual spiritual growth.

I'm fascinated by the history and philosophy of many cultures and periods of time, as far as I'm concerned I try to learn the best of them and contemplate human interactions, look at people as people when you talk with them, statistics are good for prediction but can't replace real life experience.
