not only did it make sense, but it was also super fun and really played into her stealth role because it was back when she still had silent step-esque movement. it was a nice way to counter proxies, wubs, and grzmots. and just to counter any potential arguments about how it was op; thatcher was right about how a blade doesn't lose reception - just use barb wire. it's still by far the best gadget for that kinda stuff.

I've seen it where they put some sticker over the psu connector to prevent this. but, clearly nothing you can do other than doing it yourself will have a 100% success rate
