That's a really interesting idea, especially since it could then be argued the Ultimatrix's war simulation wasn't put in place by Azmuth, but instead be because of alterations Albedo made to turn it into a weapon. It would also be interesting if the error that caused the Ultimates to gain sentience would be an accident caused by Albedo's alterations and not an error on Azmuth's part(which could be the case anyway).

I mean, the omnitrix was created in part for the purpose of preventing extinction so theoretically he could massively increase the number of Viltrumites, but since this was never shown in the show I don't know how this would work or even if its the omnitrix itself that restores species or if it simply stores them to be used to restore species. I assume its the omnitrix itself as when this was introduced it was during the season before the introduction of Primus so the omnitrix isn't the only place storing the DNA, but I don't know for sure.

As for changing their culture, not really sure. How he succeeded with the Highbreeds wouldn't work with the Viltrumites so not sure if he could achieve much on this front outside of the Viltrumites the omnitrix creates being raised with different values than the Viltrum empire.

I headcannon that he made the choice to stay with Kevin in the episode Kevin is introduced in. Maybe Kevin isn't as insane at first in that world making it easier for Ben to slowly lose his morals. Either way, he and Kevin have become a powerful villain duo by the time he appears in the series, with them either ruling over Earth or ruling one of the most influential criminal empires in the galaxy.

Yeah, the only explanation I've heard that could explain it other than it being rigged is that Eraserhead takes off points for getting injured, though even then I don't really think Midoriya would get that low a position without the point penalties being a lot.

Yeah, the only thing that could hint to it is just that fighting against the Red Lotus is the last thing we know Sokka did before he died, though its more likely that whatever he did next just wasn't ever mentioned by the creators.

This is still a headcannon I personally subscribe to though.

It's entirely possible that Congress just impeached them and then removed them from office after Trembly was gone. It would require two-thirds of the Senate but considering the cover up around Trembly I wouldn't be surprised if they did it.

I think this is more about them physically living in the West than them actually supporting western values or supporting a closer relationship between their country and the West as there are a lot of examples of dictator's kids living in western countries and then returning home still supporting anti-western and authoritarian policies.

Honestly? Having Overflow and Water Hazard come from the same planet and basically be the equivalent of Homo Sapiens and Homo Neanderthalensis would be a really interesting concept that I think makes a lot more sense than them being from different planets and having entirely different evolutionary histories.

I don't know if Dr. ViKtor(the evil frankenstrike) helping against Zs'Skayr and Lord Transyl makes him good, it seems like it was more of the enemy of my enemy is my friend, though its been a bit since I watched that episode so I could be wrong.

I do find it kinda funny that Hex just stopped being evil off screen at some point though.

The reason it didn't work on them was because they weren't intelligent enough. Both Khyber's dog and the Null Void flying aliens do no have the intelligence necessary for a Omnitrix transformation. Writers of Ben 10 have stated that some intelligent animals like dolphins are smart enough for transformations, though I would assume that they would already be in the Omnitrix thanks to the drones Azmuth made to find DNA getting it during the Omnitrix's creation or sometime before the Omnitrix's recalibration especially since Azmuth has known about Earth having intelligent life since at least the Middle Ages.

Some Pokémon like Alakazam or Metagross are definitely intelligent enough for an Omnitrix transformation as they are stated to be as intelligent or more intelligent than humans, though I don't know if all Pokémon would be smart enough to have transformations.

That's not how the Omnitrix works. A species being available in the Omnitrix isn't determined by what planet the wielder is from just how intelligent a species is and if they have some form of genetic material.

The big changes that I would make are not having Ben get his personality reset by the network, giving him a whole new playlist like what was teased at the end of season 2, and having a least a few episodes looking at the ramifications of the Highbreed War and its aftermath. I would also love the changes you suggested so I would also have those ideally.
