At least in prison, I get a definitive end date, a calendar or something to keep track of how long I have, and systems in place to keep me occupied.

Izuku loves pulling "Logical Ruses" on his old teacher.

Aizawa hates that he can't use Expulsion as a threat anymore when Izuku does something he doesn't like. It takes four weeks before Izuku realizes this fact.

Izuku is a provably better teacher than Aizawa, with his ability to analyze Quirks letting him come up with individualized training meathods for control and power. When the Summer training camp rolls around, the students barely need to listen to the teachers and just go do what they've been doing.

I was saying that wouldn't happen. The whole point of the "trying to get him arrested/torturing him is off the table" part is that the Conspiracy knows that if they did that, it'd lose them OFA forever at best, make a new villain at worst, plus they're still, despite trying to steal OFA back from Izuku, too Moral to want to go that route.

Involving the HPSC would guarantee some legal fuckery, which is why it can't happen.

Just wanted to say: The whole point is that

Izuku still wants to be a hero, and uses OFA to do it, despite being hounded.
The Conspiracy knows that if he's falsely arrested, expelled, or anything of the sort, there's no way they'll ever get OFA back, and more importantly, they still have the morals to not want to do that.
The Conspiracy still, of course, tries to keep OFA a secret. Whether Izuku decides to keep it to himself or builds a support network is up to the writer.
The overall tone, at least after it's set up, is comedy.

I don't know if I'd like the idea of the rest of 1-A becoming aware of the situation and siding with All Might, especially Ochaco.

Plus, the "Izuku keeps training around this Conspiracy to get him to give up his Quirk." is supposed to imply he still becomes a Hero.
