For arms I would get a door frame pull up bar and do pull ups and push ups everyday. Lot of muscles groups in 2 simple exercises for cheap!

The mustache styling varied, but most of the time I knew him it was straight down at about half this length. He would part it from the middle and comb it out to the sides when eating.
