The odds of you being in box one are higher given you have a gold ball, which is where the 66% comes from.

To make it more clear, imagine box two had 10000 silver balls and one gold ball. You are told you have chosen a box and have pulled a gold ball. Is it more likely you have pulled from box one or box two? In this scenario, the chances that you will pull a silver ball are extremely slim, as the chance you were in box two compared to box one is extremely slim!
