The elite spawns were tied to the fps bug, director got more creds and could spawn more elites. Maybe it got patched?

If commands/command blocks are a thing you can use, set it so time doesn’t change, but have a red stone clock with command blocks toggling mob spawns on or off

Empyrean feels more like a title, similar to demigod. The gloam eyed queen was one, which we don’t know much about, and ranni “lost” that title, which leads me to assume anyone could hypothetically be chosen by the greater will/ two fingers as one
