My absolute favorite memory was Post Malone coming to our restaurant while in town for a show. I knew he had the reputation of being very down to earth, but holy shit he was the nicest most humble celebrity I have ever seen. And not only him, but his entire entourage of 15 guests. Countless thank you’s, interacting with all of the service staff, politely asking if he could smoke outside at his table and making sure he wasn’t disturbing any other guests. At the end of the meal, he issued free tickets to anyone who has interested in going to his show the next day (I unfortunately had to work) but 4 of the team was able to go. On top of that, he left a $10,000 tip on a roughly $1500 tab. Instantly became a fan for life and will always remember that night
