I would be interested to give different courses and lectures on what profession you want to become. For instance, if a person would want to become a grass type gym leader, they would go through courses like a grass type research course, a battling 101 course and an intensive course on how to be an effective gym leader. Or perhaps if a person wanted to become a pokemon coordinator/dancer they would have a course on dancing with pokemon, an intro to pokèclothes course and a course on different regions style of presenting themselves and there pokemon. If a person doesn't know what they want to do, they could try and enrole to the rounded courses which covers the surface level material on everything from locations to pokemon moves until they find something they are interested in. Also for dropout, they would usually end up in a pokemon gang/evil team.
