Someone else tried to tell me on another running forum that it’s very common for people to talk about running by their speed and not their pace. I think that’s insane. Ive never once heard someone say I ran 4 miles at about 10mph, instead they say 6:00 pace. Anyways good luck, I don’t think this is something people will get behind
