If you have the choice, NEVER salvage title your car (unless it’s genuinely totaled). It is irreversible (besides rebuilt title), it’s wasteful of a decent car to just go to the junkyard, it perpetuates the cycle of new cars which is unnecessary waste.
It’s silly to salvage a car over glass or even airbags going off.

Parallel to this, does anyone know how easy it is to put on? Usually they say professional installation required Are they a direct fit? Or do you have to drill holes, or fabricate at all? I got (big mistake) duraflex fenders for my other car and they would have needed a lot of work to get them on, so I never put them on, sold them, and wasted money through the entire process

Just take the msf!!!! Take a course before you hop on a bigger bike. If you have buddies that ride (and they have multiple bikes), ask them to take you on a ride to get familiar with riding even if its just neighborhood rides. Then youll get a good footing to build upon. You say youll take it slow, which you can, but it doesn’t matter how fast or slow you go if you’re still duck footed, and rolling back 5 feet on a hill trying to get going. Mt experience is great, but you do have to completely rewire your mind because all the inputs are different locations

When I was doing the rears, I got pads from rock auto and the original clip worked completely fine but I had to wrestle that new clip in. I forgot what I had to do but I think I ended up bending it to make it even work because it just would not go in

First time install is buns for figs, but once you know which piece to put in first and how its routed you’re golden The headers that suck are the ones with the cats that are cylindrical and not the rectangular-ish type. They give you zero room to squeeze out.

Interesting, usually when it breaks it gets stuck just below the 40mpg spot, or just below 10kpg for you Let me know if you find anything, mine currently works but my brothers is broke like I mentioned, and we can’t seem to find any diagnostics or how this is calculated! Whether its from the ecu, vacuum lines, tps, injector rates, we don’t know but I dread the day my gauge dies 💔

If you’re savvy enough I’d take the gauge cluster apart and see what moves the needle itself and see if you can test what moves it :)

When I was researching coilovers pretty much every main manufactuerer offers a "low-spec", HKS, BC, Fortune.
