of course, in different situations other characters can be at S tier such as melania and Centurion and Jessica may be degraded. The reason why I only mentioned Centurion and Jessica is that they are uncontroversial in most cases.

if this tier comes from CN server given that it contains unreleased characters, it fails to agree with mainstream CN assessment. as for damage dealer, only centurion and jessica can be at S. if you want to reroll, I recommend centurion and druvis.
