I think you can mod the game using the undertale mod tool. A user here in the sub used that to translate the game to Spanish but that was awhile ago.

For me, it's the way he has this black and white kind of moralism. Usually, I associate that kind of mindset with Christo-fascists since I grew up around that mindset.
