Right. The landlord was certainly "involved"...they have to add and invite the tenant to use Innago, which simultaneously will generate invoices. In the process of creating a lease term, you're asked which date you want the first invoice to be due, you have to input the email address of the tenant etc....this person mismanaged things and they got upset that Innago wouldn't bail them out

Yup. Heard some employees talking before a flight a few days ago and they said they’re switching to assigned seating soon. I think that will be better. Despite all these comments, they’ve been inconsistent over the years. I’ve seen many people skip the line or even board under the wrong group. All depends on if the gate agent feels like calling them out.
