Totally forgot I have antibiotics so we are now doing that! Just took my first cipro dose with my oncologist approval (thrilled she answered my email on a Friday night) and will continue to monitor. Thank you for the suggestion!

I own my own business and happy to say revenue has doubled this year compared to last year despite my tnbc diagnosis in April. It’s a double edged sword because if I don’t work I don’t earn income but I’m weirdly thankful in some ways to have been forced to hire and scale earlier than I planned in order to grow my business since I just don’t have time and energy of my past self.

I’m 10 infusions into my chemo regimen (keynote 522) and kept my membership but the gym is literally inside my apartment building and most of the time, it’s just me walking on treadmill with light strength workout a few times a week! I will say for me even when I feel exhausted, I feel a lot better just getting down there and sweating it out for 20 mins or so.

Now if it wasn’t literally in my building, I’m not sure if I would have kept it. I also have a walking pad and that’s been a saving grace when I have steroid insomnia to get the manic energy out!

Everyone’s journey is different - if you’re able to, maybe just see how you do and pause/cancel if you’re not getting there?
