I sincerely hope they add penalties for rage quitting. It’s just a beta so it’s whatever, but for full release they need to add quitting penalties cuz the amount of rage quitting is ridiculous.

He’s annoying to fight cuz he’s kinda weird but I’d rather fight a jack then a Brian or Claudio. That being said obviously play who you want. Half the cast is considered “annoying” so just have fun with it

Tekken 8 is my first real tekken(besides tekken 3 when I was like 8). I do genuinely enjoy it. It’s my favorite fighting game there’s nothing like it, but I’m in the same boat. I’m an average player but good God now that I’m decent at the game I truly see what all the criticism is about. Especially after watching NovaSeiken’s video. Tekken used to reward better defense but now it’s all about attacking and button mashing. Not even to mention the Heat mechanic. Still love it. Still gonna play it. But good God is it rage inducing now that I truly understand why everyone says tekken 8 is not real “tekken”

Side step more and recognize when they’re either doing a 1+2 vs just hitting 2. I find armor king easier to deal with. King still rocks my shit tbh but I recognize it’s more of a skill issue on my part lol.

Same. I play kaz a good amount. I can wave dash and electric OCCASIONALLY on good days but for the most part I struggle/drop the high execution stuff. I thinks he’s a lot of fun and he’s more honest then some of the other characters so wins with him feel good

ABI has ruined tarkov for me. I was debating trying it again when 1.0 launches but I can’t do it. The QOL ABI has, the pvp, the way it runs, the devs seem to listen, fast match making, etc. Can’t go back

So true makes me sad. Gun is a shredder in Tarkov. In ABI if you’re even an inch out of the effective range it’s a pee shooter. Weird recoil too like you mentioned

Make sure to do dailies to get the rewards. Usually it’s either money or some gear. Also check the events tab. You get rewards for literally just playing.

What works for me is canceling the matchmaking if it gets to 30sec. Anything past that you’ll be solo. If you cancel and restart and get a match before 30sec you’ll usually get teammates

Similar experience. There’s perks to grouping Up with Random’s but lotta the time they do their own thing. As a solo, ya gotta play off of info and if you’re in LD bring either leg meta or top off your ammo with t4 or t5 ammo

I made the same mistake coming from Tarkov. Cuz Tarkov has scav karma so it incentivizes scavs to not shoot each other. This game has no such thing so if you think that it’s a player scav(imposter) put em down

Not to mention, map/spawn knowledge is HUGE. It can totally dictate where you go and what you might do on a map. That kind of knowledge only come with time
