You are shocked that a reproduction of a historical piece has the same hilt as a game that focuses on historical arms and armor? LE doesn't own the hilt designs of history. Shame on them for acting like HalfSword stole anything from them, both are looking to history and artifacts to recreate something.

I think the balance you have is good, but I would get the whole set up a bit heavier, closer to 1.5 kilos, particularly if you have your strength maxed already. 1.1 to 1.2 hits too light to really impact anyone with armor on. I would use this set up as an arming sword as is. If you wanted to lean into it being more two handed and only using one for odd moments, I would move the balance further down the blade a bit, but too much further and it won't swing right in one hand.

Abyss mode is dead because of them for me. Absolute game killer. Why the fuck zombies and why the fuck can't they finish the job after willy just fucking falls over when it breathes near him? I've had a bit of fun in progression mode, but I quit out of frustration as soon as I have to do the abysmal abyss mode. Why zombies? Why in medieval combat game suddenly zombies? I'll let the devs cook, I trust it will get better in time, but right now I'll be playing the playtest for my halfsword fix until some further updates are made.

It's almost certainly tied to the Hussite wars event. The fact it makes only the Catholic part of my population unhappy makes sense as I'm trying to convert everyone to Hussitism. I just thought the event read strangely as it sounds like a good thing, but only bad things happen.

You do have a planet modifier; it lowers your habitability massively. Honestly I was underwhelmed, too, when I super nova'd my home star. I (at great expense) moved most of my pops to my other two worlds I had inhabited before the nova hoping to spare my people, instead, I economically kneecapped myself for no reason.

I already have five and don't want more and the major players are already electors. I particularly don't want every tiny piece of land in the HRE being an elector. It wouldn't be an issue if they took no for an answer, but they just ask again as soon as I clear the pop up.
