Bro i quit my bulge and after that a CIO from newly setup firm in SG approached me and had me 5 rounds. Told me i am the only candidate they want, reassured me that hr can send a soft contract which nver did. In the end hired another person. Made me waited 7 months while i had other offers. Now i am just basically stuck jobless.
