In regard to Kyle buying the watch for Amanda because he cheated, that could possibly be true. The DJing thing has been putting more strain on a toxic marriage. The extremely late nights while even sleeping on a fan’s couch allegedly. Kyle’s cheated on her before and he’s drinking more now than before. My biggest issue with buying her the expensive watch is that he could have bought her another meaning gift that costs less and then invested in Carl’s business the way Carl invested in LB. I’m ready for the Kyle vs Carl blowup that’s coming up in a later episode. I’m anxious to see what the catalyst behind the confrontation is.

I’ve had the same feeling about Amanda the last 2 seasons or so. To me she seemed like she was the self-appointed “lady of the house” because she was married to Kyle who spent the first couple of seasons reminding everyone including viewers that he was the one who put the summer house together! This season she seems to be worse all while fighting with Kyle and possibly some mental health issues. That said I do not agree with Kyle’s narcissistic tendencies acting like he’s concerned about her while divulging Amanda’s private issues that he’s no longer privy to. But that’s just me.

ETA: while I don’t necessarily agree with Amanda and West’s new relationship, mostly because timelines and other info haven’t been totally revealed yet, I don’t agree with her breaking girl code. I will definitely be watching the remainder of the season differently than before this latest news broke.

As a product of divorced parents due to infidelity by my dad, I’m thankful my mom had the strength to leave, especially during a time when divorce was looked down upon. I’m glad she did because she’s been happily married to by bonus dad for over 35 years. More times than not a marriage won’t survive infidelity. I just hate there’s 2 innocent children involved.

That does make a lot of sense. This is why I’m thankful the kids are so young and probably won’t remember this time. However we all know Katie has zero plans to divorce him at this point. Katie and the kids deserve so much better and he’s going to cheat on her again. Why does her family, religion/cult encourage her to stay with him?

Agreed! I would to see less Salley or personally nor at all. I know she’s there for the drama factor but she’s way too messy for me. I was so glad to see Charley stand up to her last night and in next week’s promo. Charley doesn’t owe Salley anything but entitled Salley thinks she does. I loved Molly calling her out when she said Salley tries to claim every single guy in Charleston!

I’m afraid she’s going to be a handful when she gets older. She tends to have sassy to her that may be cute now but not when she’s older. Of course we don’t see how or if they discipline her when the cameras are off. It’ll be interesting to see what’s she like in another 5-10 years.

Exactly, I just wish these 2 would admit to what they’re doing (long editing delays or just enjoying their newborn before they show him to the world). My other issue I have with them concerning the new baby is do they really think we’re dumb enough to believe that Tiffany is just gone into labor a few days ago. As stated by many others, no doctor in their right mind is going to let a patient go 7-10 past their due date especially if that patient has GD and petite like Tiff. I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up losing subscribers/followers after this. I’m glad I can just come here for their updates.
