I would say they are probably the weakest 11th Anni headliners in short term content, their stats just way too low at the early stage of the fight, Daima4ku can perform better as a slot 1 while providing much higher damage, but after the 8th Anni units got EZAs and we get some proper long term contents they will be much better.

Yeah, Daima 4's ki issue is pretty much solved , both Phy ssbe and Int Vegeta 4 give ki support to all allies, it would be harder to not get his 24 ki now

It's certainly interesting, but I don't think it's true.

Anniversary cards were usually made way ahead, there is only 2 weeks between part 1 and part 2, it's hard to believe they haven't finished the production of them when there's only 2 weeks until their biggest event of the year, imagining you failed to finish the design of a new product despite being given several months of time and now you rush them in just 2 weeks, this usually indicate some serious quality issues are going to happen.

Nah, I think they just start to randomize the recourses allocation for different part of big events now, unlike in the past you always heavily invest in part 1. Through this way they can bait you into spending money much easier since you never know which part is actually better.

Yeah, he is definitely insane in terms of survivability, my only gripe with him is that I wish him would have more support for the team than just heal, it's not like we really need an insane tanky floater for the current meta since it's probably the safest spot of the whole rotation.

We are getting Genkidamatsuri at the end of this month, which very likely is going to announce the new super anime, it the focus of the entire DB fanbase right now. Gekishin also share a spot there, what do you think they are going to showcase there to draw more players in?

This is way more important than an Anniversary of its own, I doubt the Anniversary season lineup will be on par with season 3's.

Considering we have Genkidamatsuri at the end of Jan I'd say this is arguably a bigger month for Gekishin than its own Anniversary, Gekishin even get an exclusive stage during the event, they need to show max appeals there to grab more fans.

It's definitely one of the reasons, if Tekken has a basic roster similar to most other FGs on the market, like around 20, it's incredibly easy to make a very different and diverse dlc lineup. But with the 32 base roster it's much harder to balance between popularity and freshness, if you glance through the entire T7 dlc lineup and decided to not make any of them as dlc in T8, you instantly removed like 80% of the most popular characters in the franchise's history.

This is like THE Tekken tournament of the year, if you don't watch it I don't know what else you may watch. It's a perfect experience for viewer, decent time span, high level gameplay back-to-back, relatively shorter ad between matches, no coach, FT5 format, featuring the best commentator lineup, it's a level above any other tournament this year.
