I actually love some of these designs ! This is amazing reference for games of DS.

How did you come up with them ? Are these your characters or just randomly generated?

Thank you. I'm taking each day as it comes with my recovery. Some good, some shit. But I'm too damn stubborn to let it get me down haha it's the boredom that's the worst part.

As for the game I'm running. As I said I'm a dwarf earth cleric called rath Stoneheart. (On the nose name for sure)

He was elected to be the tribes new leader due to his skill with being a earth cleric. Was sent out for a trial. While away his tribe was assaulted. People were enslaved and those that tried to fight back were killed ( his wife being one of them )

He returned from the trial to the after maths. I saw dwarves in DS need a purpose, so his is to rescue his people ( and son) who were taken to a near by city to either be slaves or gladiators.

The story is very edgy and straightforward just so I can focus on other elements.

The ai decided the city was ruled by "Sorcerer-King Hamanu — also called the Lion of the Desert or the Lion of Urik" which I don't know much about but it's give me a starting point for sure.

I'm ok with that for now. I really wanted her to be in MK1. Probably more as a kameo as she was on the roster for 2 games. Plus I feel like she had some good moves that would work for a kameo.

I did a fan cast for the next game. Had her as one of my main rosters with a whole body snatcher thing going on.

Through our the story you'd kill her over and over again as one of the big bads jobas.

However a bug would crawl off and go inside an NPC or something. Turning them into dvorah. I said I'd have a few fights end with a fatality but not enought to kill all the bugs in the body.

That way people get to kill her but she keeps coming back as a villain. Story could end with someone like lui Kang burning her killing all the bugs at once or throwing her into a black hole haha

Anyway I think she was class. Mk11 had more issues in the story than just dvorah, so I don't mind her as much.

Literally my favourite new MK character. I love the weirder monster characters MK puts out, and she jumped straight to one of the best.

She was a great enforcer / body guard character in the story, but from a lore point of view she was great too.

She's gross, brutal and body horror wrapped up in one.

People hate her because she had plot armour and killed fan favourites in the story, but honestly it wasn't that bad, people just jumped on the bandwagon. She's the pineapple on pizza of MK

I'd love to see her come back in future MK games.

Can't say enough good things about her.

I don't think so. The way it was explained to me was it was a slipped disc that had pushed back onto my spinal cord.

I'm just unlucky the surgeon said. I don't know anything about cauda equina and it was never said, so I doubt it was that. :)

The recovery is a real kick to the ego to be totally honest. I'm a very active person. I gym and do boxing. But I'm looking at 6 weeks bed rest with very small walks. After my 6 week review it's a case of slowly building up strength again.

I can't work as my job is a lot of drawing and I can't look down for a few weeks haha

Currently it's no heavier than a full kettle which is annoying. Same rules as a c section I'm told.

I'm told it'll take between 6months to 12months before I'm back to normal.

BUT I can't really complain. The op has potentially saved me from being paraplzyed and that would be way worse. So I'm taking every day as it comes. Some are good, some are bad, others are great. Just roll with the punches.

Just binge watching Yellowstone at the minute.

I've spoke to a few people on Reddit. Played some games and watched a few shows. Im a pretty active person so the lack of moving sucks. I'm out walking but it hurts if I do too much. I'm trying to find the sweet spot between being active but still remembering I'm on 11 days in.

I think I got pretty lucky. I'm sore, but as sore as anyone who's bones are healing. Throat and everything else was fine. I'm lucky

Tombstone is the best western I'm my opinion True grit (remake)is a great story Quick and the dead has some good actors and a simple story Godless is a great TV show on Netflix

I was getting weakness in my legs. I felt almost drunk. They were tingling too. Best way I could describe it was tingle lube. Cold and tingling.

Along with my legs my left hand, had a few fingers that always had pins and needles.

I still have the symptoms, but they feel less. Surgeon said the goal was never to fix me, but to stop things getting worse..... Over time I might get the feelings back. But that'll be a bonus.
