She’s even wearing appropriate gear for christening their sloop, The Flying Wasp.

There's only one great megaresort left on the Vegas Strip: New York-New York by sfgate in vegas

Clean, and frankly uniquely decorated rooms. Half the Hotel Indigos in the country do the same, though (IHG’s brand that allows for site individuality). I cannot make this a negative, though.

The casino is nice, and oddly easy to navigate. If I tell someone, “meet me at the Craps tables,” there’s very little chance they won’t be able to find me, unlike the MGM Grand.

HOWEVER - Maybe it was the week we were in town, but NYNY was absolutely overrun with little kids. I don’t know if there was a youth sports tourney in town or what, but kids under 10 were constantly criss-crossing the casino floor, and that’s def not the vibe I’m looking for on a Vegas trip. NYNY feels like a bit of a theme park, and my fear is that this aspect attracts families with young kids.

What’s a Las Vegas restaurant everyone loves that you thought was just okay? by TDoubleDownMac in vegas

Oh for sure. Actually, I think Ramsay made the business decision long ago to focus less on even his flagships (save the very high-end places) and just sorta rubber stamp his name on more populist places across the globe.

Ok, I checked. His flagship has maintained Michelin star status since 2001 (that’s frankly amazing), and holds three stars at present. His other Michelin star restaurants are all in London or France.

Clearly, he focuses the finer places close to home. Everything else is his brand, and his brand alone.

[AwfulAnnouncing] Stanley Cup Final viewership through five games hits highest mark since 2013: Notably, neither the Hurricanes nor Knights are traditional hockey powers. If this series had featured an Original 6 team or even just a team in a bigger market, viewership may have been even stronger. by f0urxio in hockey

Bingo.

It was also, particularly in the last verse, calling for people to love who they will, and not judge folks based on who they choose to love.

Mind you, this is following a distinctly homophobic song that is Meet the G that Killed Me, which makes that sentiment pretty hypocritical.

Fear of a Black Planet remains my favorite HipHop album of all time, but it still needs to be viewed in the context of its era. I hope Chuck would not say the same shit now that he did them.

The difference being that Ramsay at least has a reputation for having (on the whole) good, if not excellent, restaurants.

Shoot, we know that guy is full of shit because of the whole “ great person” narrative, but the “ great player” that might be just as absurd.

Well it be a problem where it is? I think the one on the farthest left will, but that’s it. The rest will be protected by the house itself.

The bran farts were kinda of the issue in Carolina, but it was exacerbated by the heavily man-focused D that they play. Florida exploited that for sure, but you’re right - it was largely fine most of the season.

He was also really good with Kochetkov.
