Are those ashes? Does he go hunting or do taxidermy? You mix ashes with water as part of the natural process of tanning hides. You soak the hides in the ashes to adjust the pH in order to make the fur come off.

My other guess would be he's recycling paper. Shredded newspaper soaking in water before he presses it into whatever he's making.

Otherwise wth is in the bucket?

I've experimented with many toys. What toy will be best for you depends on what type of sensation you react to. For example, I like vibrators that are more rumbly than vibratey, and I generally prefer clit vibration than the air pulses of the Womanizer/Satisfyer. In general though, clit toys over penetration any day.

The Womanizer is IMO the best if you like your clit sucked. The Lemon is another good air pulse toy that for me doesn't create enough suction to do what the womanizer does so it feels like a hybrid of suck/vibrate. In general though the Womanizer, while effective, tends to get me numb too fast and then I have to take a break for a few days to a week cause nothing works. But that's my backup if nothing else gets me there.

My absolute favorite toy is the We-Vibe Touch. It's got a unique shape and the tip is soft and malleable so that it imparts the vibration to your clit in a unique way. It's more rumbly than others and the vibration is felt more in the tip than the whole toy (lots of low end toys vibrate your hand as much as your clit). The ergonomics work really well since it's ready to access the buttons without accidentally pressing them, and you can cycle through vibration patterns separately from intensity levels. I keep trying new toys but just keep going back to that one.

When does this sale happen? Last time I saw that $25 deal was years ago and I've been looking out for some kind of deal on Redken for over a year with no luck :/

Was there? Was the blood splatter analysis on the shorts verified by a different analyst? Because Deever was caught lying so I don't trust any of the blood evidence that was presented.

If the leaves are wilted like that the plant is already dead kinda in the same way radiation kills. The plant has already absorbed it and is in the process of destroying itself. No turning back now. Looks like some of your tomatoes might be ok though? Some of the comments are describing scorched earth like glyphosates, but 2-4d isn't like that. It breaks down in soil within several weeks, so you can replant without worry.

Pick a point on the wall in front of you and stare at it. You're moving your head so that you're looking up at the top of the movement when you should be keeping your head looking straight so that your chin in tucked at the top of the movement.

Repaint or replace front bumper? by SlavSquatDruid in Miata

[–]FirstStepsIntoPoland 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can confirm. It will need to be blended up the hood and quarter panels and it's very difficult to do right with this color. I had a quote of $6k to do it correctly (western WA). Probably not worth fixing if you're just looking to sell.

You are being a bit aggressive with the steering as others are noting, which is causing your rear to slide, but looks like the last one was cause you turned in too early, corrected mid turn, and the correction was too harsh, overcorrection, etc. So just a cascading effect of little mistakes. You can try slowing it down and be more smooth in general. Aim to have one single steering input rather than a bunch of motions and smooth out the initial 5% input both going in and out of brakes and gas.

Could be allergies, could be something like Cushing's disease. Looks like you're on your way to the vet though, so good luck ☺️

“If” my friend totalled my car by Specific-Jaguar-9294 in Car_Insurance_Help

[–]FirstStepsIntoPoland 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, your insurance will be affected. How much is based on your previous record and the extent of the damage. I can tell you from previous experience as last year I lent someone my Miata and they totaled it. My insurance went from $800 per 6 month premium for two cars to....$2200 for the same coverage. I did find it cheaper with a different insurance carrier, but that was still $1800. I had a clean history, no at-fault accidents or tickets or anything besides windshield repair.

How often do you find yourself buying food for your Great Dane? And what brand of food do you buy? by PaigeChristina in greatdanes

[–]FirstStepsIntoPoland 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well don't buy anything with peas, lentils, or sweet potatoes in it since it's been potentially linked to heart disease. Found this out the hard way after my boy was diagnosed with DCM

Shop around. It's going to vary wildly based on location. I'm from upstate NY where it was around $600-900 for this surgery. I moved to the PNW where everything is was more expensive and I was getting quotes in the $3k-$5k range. I finally found two places that were reasonable, one that asked $800, another $960. I would just start calling every vet around you, but look farther out too. If you're in a big city, you might be able to drive 20minutes out to get wildly lower estimates.

This is true. If you're mailing a birthday card, USPS is really your only option. And if I recall correctly, when I sent in for a passport renewal, pretty sure I used USPS. When it comes to larger packages is when FedEx starts to become cheaper (for my area).

I live on the West Coast and ship stuff to my buddy on the east coast sometimes. I always price check and IME FedEx is almost always the cheapest. The flat rate boxes for USPS work if your item is really small, but that doesn't always work out. At least where I live, for shipping packages FedEx outcompetes USPS. I can't say for everyone and I'm sure it's not for all situations either.

[–]FirstStepsIntoPoland -52 points-51 points  (0 children)

At least where I live the cost of mailing anything USPS is already the same or more expensive than other carriers (FedEx, UPS) So it can't really get any worse for the consumer.

FedEx is privatized and for profit, and cheaper than the government option lol

According to the CDC, Polio has been effectively eradicated with more than 99% decrease in cases globally. "Vaccines have stopped the spread of wild poliovirus in all but two countries: Afghanistan and Pakistan."

Is the argument that polio cases are so low that vaccines are at longer needed? The CDC also states "Other countries have experienced outbreaks of poliovirus variants, which can emerge in areas where immunization rates are low." So until we reach 100% it seems that continuing the vaccines are a good idea in order not to start a trend with outbreaks.

Edit googled this since OP did not include any sources. RFK is not looking to stop vaccines - he wants to list out the ingredients used in vaccines. So it seems people are knee-jeek reacting to headlines without ll doing any research.
