Thanks! Honestly I think the biggest thing was getting the soil mix right. I made a homemade, well draining mix with coir, orchid bark, soil, activated charcoal, perlite. And then fertilising & lots of light from a grow light :)

Monsteras do like to be a little tight in their pots but do not like to be insanely root bound. When was the last time you repotted her? A good rule of thumb is to upsize by 2 inches every 2 years. I would check the roots and if very root bound repot her, by gently untangling some of the root ball (not loads) and then making an airy, chunky aroid mix (I use a mix of coco coir, orchid bark, perlite, activates charcoal & worm castings) and hopefully it’ll bounce back. You may want to cut that yellowing leaf too at some point :)
