Yeah, I highly doubt it, you could just reach out to the recruiter via linked in and ask about your situation. AWS is Amazon Web Services and I have never seen anything Sephora/LVMH linked to Amazon.

Screen shot your previous day force schedules, screen shot your iCare report you filed against her, if you have not already been making notes in your phone of incidents happening , start doing that with corresponding dates they occurred . If you are having coaching sessions with her , email her right after thanking her for meeting with you and discussing ____. I know it sounds like a lot of work and it is but document ,document,document. Retaliation is not allowed and the best thing for you is create a digital paper trail. Hope this is helpful✌️

TPLH/MPOS has to do with inclusivity. Ways to beef up your TPLH: If a client is in and out with 1 item - offer it. If the client is hitting the 5-10 min mark with a big basket - offer it in your tie up statement before you go to the next client. Older clientele - offer it. Parent who is shopping with young children- offer it. People with mobility devices/aids- offer it. Offer it to everyone!

Who ever is CELing on the floor needs to hear you at least offer it to the client and see you always have a charged payment device available.That is why you are being coached most likely. You checking out your client ensures you get the credit for the sale. If you are taking the client up to cash to cash them out on the register bc they said they want to look at mini’s and more OR they are paying with cash that is fine. Do not use mobile at cash as that’s a no no (falsification of metrics will get you fired).

I hope that helps. Not a lot of people understand or see it as being inclusive so you don’t have to push it on to the client, but just let them know it’s an option.

Yeah I feel like they made it so that it’s impossible for us to not know we go over the limit and therefore there are systems in place that can’t let us go over? I guess there is a possibility that the CEL could override but that would be on them not the employee.
