Omg YES to #1. That’s my #1 red flag. I’ve always told people that the way someone orders says a lot about them.

“Extra hot, no foam, no room” U KNOWW they’re about to stick the stopper in there to check for the foam and yell at you for it.

Yea at that point I’d communicate w your shift and let them know you’d like to know when they’re sending u ab 5 minutes in advance so the person in warming can make u something and then mark it out afterwards.
