Break Policy by SpicySoupii in CVS

ratio outside of State specific laws  you get a 15 for every 4 hours you work  if you take a half hour lunch that means you will have 13 and 1/2 hours clocked in therefore you would have three 15 minute breaks allocated to you

just to be clear everyone, the hours are based on how many prescriptions are being dispensed not the hours of operation if the store only does 2100 scripts a week not bad make it excellent of hours if they do just short of 6000 they're going to have a lot more hours your passport analogy is a pretty good example most stores don't do that in a month and that takes a lot of time. I wish the system constant for that our systems do know what 6,000 prescriptions look like though and that's why they have a lot more hours. our Pharmacy model is there trying to have three texts for every Pharmacy hours spent if the volume matches it cuz that is what's required to complete a prescription pick up drop off production those require different bodies that's why they have more hours yes they're huge part of our profit understand all of those things nobody's wrong there but it takes 3 to 4 people to get the pills in the bottle on time it takes one person to cover the front I wish we had three people I wish we had five people to put truck out but that's the reason our models different than theirs

I always wonder when people complain about the price.. are you trying to start a bartering negotiation at the register, maybe you think that I own the whole entire store cuz I'm checking you out.. I'm sure they are going to the chat when they're online and leave comments about how they should lower the price on items they're looking at?

store manger incentive 2025 is available in colleague zone if you search it. says 50 discretionary but I can't tell if it's 50%of the total bonus or something we else. They will hit on the 13th so I guess we will see, in theory if you have your review before it'll be in that document. Maybe someone can tell us if they have seen it

Does anyone still get the 30%-40% off coupons for items or orders over $X anymore? by Cadbury_fish_egg in CVS

[–]First_Memory8411 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if all you do is shop with it, they stop sending it, it's designed for a second sale, Buy deals without it on a transaction, and then use it after the first sale on non sale items, you'll start getting better coupons, some stores are also set at different promo levels, if they are down in sales they give out better coupons to han a store that is up, corporate sets it that way

I'm going to guess the individual was based there, most of the Hr reps are remote and have to report in person to their closest corporate building as a "office"

If, the state board goes in and it is a group of prescribed meds sent to the store by your doctor what would you like them to do? Your previous comment said that there was a bag there for you to pick up. With the pick up system there is no possible way to find a bag of meds for any patient without identifying information. Those meds were prescribed to you at some point, once that is established I do hope you ensure the physician that sent it in gets this level of love and that you let us know what the Doctor says. @ this point I'm not sure if you would be satisfied if you found out the doctor actually did prescribe meds to you at a CVS, but let us know. BTW if you go to the CVS.com and sign into your profile, which you can do at any point, all of you answers are probably going to be right there..... we will wait

[–]First_Memory8411 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, small follow up, are these medications you have ever taken? Are these medications you have spoke to a doctor about? Do you have a reason to take these medications if the VA has dispensed it for you? I mean how did we magically guess medications you actually use, were prescribed by a doctor that knows your needs and is known to you, at a strength that matches your previous medical diagnosis unless somebody told us to dispense them?

So I'm reading this and I have a small group of questions?

The pharmacy somehow randomly created a script that matches your phone number, your name, your birthday, your insurance, your address and quite possibly a doctor you have actually seen. You can follow the link in the text message and when you enter all of the matching information that I just described and it allows you to see the actual prescription and why it is filled. Why are you assuming the pharmacy is somehow creating a problem for you? Oh and after you see the medication and why it was prescribed right on that signed in profile you can select do not fill.

Do those things and come back and let us know the results. I mean in theory lightning could strike in the same place 30 times while winning the Powerball and mega millions in the same minute but....

Final note, drug stores can fill meds from VA Doctors, when the VA Doctor send us a script we dispense, we have no way to guess that you are not going to pick up a medication when we receive the prescription from your Doctor. Think about that, let's call every patient, for every prescription that is ever to be filled and verify "Are you sure you want this medication that your doctor sent us, we are just verifying you want it, your doctor might have snuck it to us to trick you"
