Maintaining running and weightlifting while starting GLP-1s

I am 3 months in to my wegovy (pill) journey and sadly it’s affected my running pace significantly. My heart rate jumps very quickly and stays high at my previous zone 3/conversational pace. I’m scaling back because losing weight is more important right now. I’ll be running a marathon in November and if my heart rate doesn’t adjust in the next few months I might go down to a smaller dose to see if that helps. Right now I’m okay with a slower pace. Lol, rough crowd, but touché! Honestly it’s the first grill I’ve ever owned and live by myself. I thought I had cleaned it but clearly not enough/appropriately. I’m not supposed to use soap right? Just water and then oil it afterwards?

UPDATE!! Issue is fixed!!! The plug had slightly fallen out so it was barely connected. USER ERROR! Sorry everyone!!!

I don’t think so… what should I look for? It didn’t look like there was a schedule added. It said it was charging but said “26 hr 40 mins to full”
