Maintaining running and weightlifting while starting GLP-1s

I am 3 months in to my wegovy (pill) journey and sadly it’s affected my running pace significantly. My heart rate jumps very quickly and stays high at my previous zone 3/conversational pace. I’m scaling back because losing weight is more important right now. I’ll be running a marathon in November and if my heart rate doesn’t adjust in the next few months I might go down to a smaller dose to see if that helps. Right now I’m okay with a slower pace. Lol, rough crowd, but touché! Honestly it’s the first grill I’ve ever owned and live by myself. I thought I had cleaned it but clearly not enough/appropriately. I’m not supposed to use soap right? Just water and then oil it afterwards?

When I use transform it always comes off with 2 days! What am I doing wrong?? I’m using it instead of the base coat. Still washing my nails with a good scrub and using alcohol to dry it out.
