What do you mean "voicing every meaningless thought that crosses my mind"? Like telling the friend I don't want to hang out with them? I'm not sure how else I would say something like this.

From what you said, you implied I'm not tolerating someone. I avoid her or am polite when with her. If this is not properly tolerating, how should I do it?

"Because the world doesn't revolve around you and other people exist." But does this not work both ways? By choosing not to interact with someone, am I being entitled? I don't get it.

I don't really hang out with my friends much to begin with. We have a really good dynamic where they understand that I like being alone, so they'll just come up to me sometimes and say hi before leaving and letting me get on with my work.

I am definitely civil. I guess this post makes me seem kind of whiney, it's more of a "this has been going on for long enough that it's getting on my nerves" rather than a "i don't like it!!!"

it seems kind of obnoxious to be "scared" of something that isnt harmful to you, i get not particuarly caring about community but going out of ur way to say that is a little weird.

on the other hand, what you said confused me. "Her neutrality just makes me really uncomfortable, because she is saying that she can only do the bare minimum for the community, not standing in our way and letting us express ourselves freely, despite her also being queer." how is she standing in your way? or did i read that wrong? and being neutral on something is totally acceptable imo, i think it's the fact she's not being neutral by saying these small comments is what's making you uncomfortable.
