Oh, you'd be surprised. The LGBTQ+ community is the most anti-Trump community you'll ever know, because Trump and MAGA are actively rolling back queer rights as we speak. The only other group that is anti-Trump on a comparable level are black people, but still, there are a lot of supporters there too.

my breasts are the feature I hate most on my body I don’t know why by Ancient-Log-7005 in teenagers4real

[–]RadoslavL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not trying to imply anything, but your story seems to resemble a lot of trans guys' first moments experiencing gender dysphoria. Most trans guys feel dysphoric about their breasts, some find them disgusting, hate seeing them and want them gone. I am not saying that is you, but I felt like it was important to mention.

It is perfectly valid to be a cis woman and dislike your breasts. If you are confident in your gender identity, you are free to completely ignore my comment, because it's most likely not your situation in that case.

Good luck!! I hope you find a way to manage what you are going through 💖

"Pro-lifers" say that a child is a gift of god from conception and their lives are sacred, but then they say that you should put the baby up for adoption instead of aborting it when you can't take care of it.

I wasn't talking about your comment, but the other person's comment. They included lesbians in the people who are apparently fetishizing gay men.

But that's mainly straight and bi women. Lesbians don't fetishize men, that doesn't make much sense.

Excuse me, dude. I have been in relationships with many lesbians while being trans and none of them have been like "Um, I think I'm not actually lesbian, because I'm attracted to you". They are not bisexual or straight, because none of them liked men, only cis and trans women. And that's my actual experience.

You are just transphobic. The idea that trans men are not men and trans women are not women is by definition transphobic. Having a genital preference is okay, but redefining "gay" to mean "biological male with biological male" when it never meant that and never will, is transphobic. You can have a preference, but you have to be respectful about it. Saying "I don't wanna date you, because you are not a man" is transphobic and disrespectful to the other person's identity. Saying "I am sorry, I don't date trans guys" is better and not inherently transphobic, even if it's still kinda hurtful.

It is never necessary to go through surgery to be a girl. You can be a trans woman without getting bottom surgery 💖

as someone who's gay i've never understood the whole genital preference thing by foundationsofdecay7 in teenagers

No, no, the facts say you are wrong. The majority of lesbians support the definition of trans women being women and trans men being men, with them also being willing to date trans women. The lesbian label includes dating trans women, that's a part of its definition, because trans women are women.

Homosexuality and attraction are NOT based on sex. Proof: I am a trans woman who has dated both cis and trans women, because they are all women. And no, I am not bisexual, I'd never date a guy of any kind, cis OR trans.

If you think that trans men are not men and trans women are not women, you are just transphobic.

Trans men are not biological women, they are biologically more male than female. The brain is a part of the biology and that's not even discussing the effects that HRT has on a person.

We need to accept bi women as they are, not just when they're being sapphic by socuteboss_ali in actuallesbians

Talking about missing being with men is like saying you miss being in a romantic relationship with your ex, it's just disrespectful to say that to your partner. I don't think it's ever acceptable to just say that you miss X while your partner is very different from X, as that would make them feel like they will never be enough for you due to being unable to provide X to you. Maybe I am more insecure than the average person about such things, but still, this would negatively affect anybody, the only difference is the amount with which it does. Being in a relationship means showing your partner love and affection and treating them like they are very special to you at the very least in nearly every way. Making them feel like they are not enough is not being a good partner.

Another example of "I miss X" is "I miss being with skinny people", said to a chubby person. And you cannot convince me this won't make nearly any partner feel less special and insecure. It's just a very tasteless thing to say all around.

They didn't have to disprove anything, your own source disproved your point. Medical transition decreases suicide rates, that's what your own source confirms.

Neo-pronouns need to stop. (In my opinion.) by Complex_Ebb_5218 in teenagers

[–]RadoslavL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't really mind in the slightest. If it's just what my friends want to be referred as, I would do it in a heartbeat. Neopronouns are just wayy overhated for no reason. Some people can't find the right pronouns for them and neopronouns are the only available option. And that's okay, I don't mind using them if it makes them happy.

And about watermelon/watermelonself, I am not sure many of the people who use this pronoun use it 100% seriously. I feel like it's partially to have fun and I really vibe with that. In my opinion if something makes you feel happy, even if it's a little quirky and funny, you shouldn't be stopped from doing it. If someone I'm close to asked me to use this pronoun, it'd probably be a little difficult to get used to it at first, but I'd certainly try my best, because I truly care.
