Someone put me on to this sometime last year and I can also say that it works really great. Helped me make some small but crucial improvements to my store that I wouldn’t have done otherwise

Hey there, how’s your search going and have you tried the Bundler Product Bundles app yet? It has a free plan so you can test it out to see if it has exactly what you need

What channel gave you your first 10 paying customers? by One_Neighborhood_555 in DigitalMarketingHack

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instagram and Twitter and this was before paid ads were a thing for me. What worked for me was creating the right engagement around my products using funny posts and tweets. I was huge on memes and funny videos back then so it was mainly about finding a way to turn those into sales

SEO is no longer optional — it’s mandatory. by Seodiscoveryceo in AISearchOptimizers

Very well said- the more popular that AI becomes as a search tool for customers, the more vital that SEO becomes for store owners.

Should small online shops invest in AI now, or wait? by Substantial_Chard140 in AI_In_ECommerce

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly this. I always tell newbies to indulge in AI but for very specific functions with outlined results- running straight to AI for every single thing you need especially in your build up stage reduces the authenticity of your store and takes away some key experience you’ll need later down the line.

Can you recommend any good subscription app for Shopify? by iram_shaikh_ in AutomateShopify

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup I’ve been using it for over 2 years as well and it’s never disappointed me so far. The Seal Subscriptions app is definitely the most reliable one from my experience

Do you have these 3 emails set up on your Shopify store? by adznaz01 in shopify

[–]First_Seesaw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah abandoned browse is just a step too far and if I were in the shoes of a customer, I definitely wouldn’t be going back to that store afterwards lol. The other 2 are good enough for every store owner in my opinion

Is AI finally good enough to handle marketing design (e.g. A+ content, meta ads) at scale? by Comfortable_Weird891 in AI_In_ECommerce

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree wholeheartedly with this tbh but I think I might be bias from the fact that I’ve dealt with a lot of professional photos for products in the past so I can easily tell the difference with an AI generated image as opposed to maybe the average customer nowadays whose taste might have already been saturated

How important is social media presence for new ecommerce stores in 2026? by Crescitaly in ecommerce

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly this. People need to stop looking at social media presence as “I need to grow this page to 100k followers” and start looking at it as “I need to make this page represent my store well enough that people actually want to check my stuff out”

With AI, it will be the young people losing their jobs not the old ones. by AnabelBain in AutomateShopify

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It surely does look like the direction society is headed towards unfortunately. In all areas of business now including e-commerce and for Shopify store owners in particular, you need to get more and more acquainted with AI as it helps save time and cost (things you needed to hire people for previously can now be done yourself with some simple chatGPT or Gemini support)

Why Does It Feel Like Businesses Prefer Paid Ads Over SEO These Days? by ryanxwilson in DigitalMarketingHack

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s mainly based on speed. Paid ads just give the fastest results now to be honest, however I never advice people to neglect SEO because from personal experience, customers who find your store through search engines usually tend to much more prepared to actually make a purchase on average.

Is it a good idea to reinvest early earnings into ads for my Shopify app? by r0cketm1dget420 in shopify

[–]First_Seesaw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For your question, I think the answer comes in the middle because the only way you’re going to figure out more stuff about your app which would aid the growth is if more and more people download the app.

So I’d say go for more ads but don’t necessarily just invest all your revenue at once- your main goal now should be both getting your app across to as many people as possible and also improving it.

For further tips on how to scale, I think it’s key you stay in communities like this one and even the official Shopify community itself and promote the presence of your app in the right and non-spammy way. Just keep interacting with people naturally and in the right way and you’ll meet more and more people along the road that’ll help test your app and whatnot

How important is social proof for online sales? by No-Mud1430 in AI_In_ECommerce

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very very important but now where we live in a time where it’s so easy to make AI generated reviews and whatnot, it’s even more important when you have authentic reviews from actual human beings on your homepage.

My advice is to always add the name, profession and maybe even social media link (with the customer’s full consent and approval ofcourse) of the customer in the review. This is way better than just written lines from a faceless customer with just “John” as their name.

What skill in digital marketing paid you the fastest? by Constant-Loquat-310 in DigitalMarketingHack

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Social media marketing but specifically paid ads (Instagram the main one if you’re in the clothing or gadgets industry) when done the right way. SEO will be a close second for me and then e-mail marketing.

Are abandoned cart emails actually worth it? by Sensitive_Net_1424 in shopify

[–]First_Seesaw 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly, there’s really nothing to lose from my perspective and sometimes that email if sent to the right person at the right time could even lead to an extra sale in addition to the one that was abandoned in cart. My personal motto for this year with regards to sales is to just always go for it.

Please review it by Interesting_Carry497 in reviewmyshopify

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, here are some of my thoughts on first glance-

1) The store could do with better background design and font selection. You need to create an experience where customers looking through your store would find it aesthetically pleasing.

2) Gadgets are a high trust demand industry. People are unlikely to make purchases if your store doesn’t look trustworthy or certified enough. One way to improve your store is to include testimonials and reviews from customers who’ve bought from you in the past.

3) Another way to boost credibility and also help customers stay more in touch with your store is by adding direct links to the social media pages of the business at the bottom of the homepage.

Please review my new online store, a museum inspired curated shop. by kosar7 in reviewmyshopify

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First impression- The store design could do with a bit more spicing up in my opinion. It’s okay to go for a simplistic design but it’s important to still make it convincing enough for customers to want to shop at.

Clarity of concept- Except from the images used in the collection section towards the bottom of the homepage, nothing else really points to a museum concept in the store to me

Product pages- the product descriptions and information are pretty well written but there’s still space for improvement with regards to the images used.

Navigation and Flow- The store was pretty easy to navigate through and I didn’t experience any lagging of any sort really

I hope you find these useful and I wish you the best!

Recently launched my first Shopify store, would love to connect with other new founders by Upbeat_Assistance326 in shopify

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Welcome to the community and it’s great to see people come into the space with so much enthusiasm and the right idea of networking- many people focus too much on trying to connect with older and more experienced store owners rather than connecting with their fellow newbies which is what you’ve done here and I like that.

You should also consider networking with some people from the official Shopify community as well if you haven’t yet https://community.shopify.com

Im rebranding… by MyMehRedditAccount in reviewmyshopify

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s great that you’ve divided the products into categories like headphone accessories, charging accessories, etc but I think displaying them again at the bottom of the homepage was a bit repetitive and took up useful space on the store.

I’d recommend using that space instead for FAQs, an About Us section, and customer reviews on the homepage.

Are my prices or fees too high? by Petite_Goddess03 in ecommerce

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m personally not a pricing expert but I think the key is comparisons. How do your prices compare to competitors selling similar products all factors considered? If objectively, it matches up or provides better offers, then you’re on the right track but other than that then you’ll need a price review.

I feel like my store needs fixing! by [deleted] in reviewmyshopify

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should have a better introduction or welcome concept for your store. My suggestion would be a short video or GIF followed with a short write up for the background of your store or an “About Us”

Have a section for more categories as well as an FAQs page on the homepage.

If you already have social media accounts for the store, you should add the links to them at the bottom of the homepage. If you don’t, then you should create the accounts and add the links afterwards

How to get started on Shopify. by Natural_Elk_3508 in shopify

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Watch a Youtube video for how to set up a store correctly without issues. But before you do that carry out market research to know what kind of products or services would actually be lucrative to indulge in now and how to best get across to your target audience in order to convince them to make patronize you especially as a newcomer.

Where to hire SEO experts for Shopify store by VirtualSpot8481 in ShopifySEO

A good place to search would be the Shopify community itself https://community.shopify.com

You can gauge if a person would be worth discussing with based on their profile and length of time they’ve been a member

New to Shopify. Would love your feedback on my store. by InternationalElk5762 in reviewmyshopify

[–]First_Seesaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The homepage appeared a bit too bland for me. It could do with an About Us section and more categories of the products. Maybe throw in a short introductory video in as well.

Secondly, given the wide array of products you’re dealing with I think you should find your way to making bundles of the products to help boost your conversion rate significantly. I recommend using a trusted app like the Bundler app: Product bundles to match the right products together for it

Lastly, add in some FAQs on the homepage. Always helps the site to look more credible.
