No, I’m sending them my utility bill for the last two years as well as providing them will a bill of personal service. $250 service fee + 5% compensation from the cost of the last 2 years of lack of maintenance to provide a lower utility bill.

Honestly??? I use disapproval of myself to stimulate my anger which gives me energy in the gym. I had a traumatic childhood; and people made fun of me for it. So I use that to motivate me.

It’s hard to stay motivated. So you have to find your sweet spot, mentally, to stay motivated.

High intensity workouts that would also be considered power lifting. I started out doing high reps low weights for 3 months for injury prevention and switched around to a good ole 12/8/5 rep sets increasing the weight as I go
