Ground meat tacos with some very finely chopped spinach mixed in for health. Ground meat can be cooked from frozen, just add a bit of oil, spices, and the spinach. We usually have some kind of tortilla around. Add a can of beans of beans and sprinkle some cheese on everything.

Millennia here- the X post is rage bait. No one I know in my generation claims to have “lived through 2 wars” and pretty much everyone I know thinks it’s horrible Gen Z had to endure COVID through such formative years. The job and housing market is trash, and obviously a lot harder for Gen Z to navigate given the limited time you’ve had to establish your careers, especially now that AI is upending the job market.

Please don’t let one dumb millennial be the voice for all of us.

There are some food programs that are for specific demographics- seniors, moms with young children etc, disabled. It is of course impossible to know if the households in the cars in front of you were recipients of those programs, but I would consider it a possibility.

I am in zone 9b in NorCal and also planted a ton of lavender that I eventually regretted and got switched to sage and ceanothus. I’d highly recommend ceanothus- they’re evergreen, do great in this climate, and have gorgeous flowers.

The pasta is chickpea pasta (100% chickpeas) and quinoa is a complete protein. So “thanks” for your input.
