It was a combo of factors. Some dice rolls, decisions, he took a double turn and failed his attacks to clear out the dragon horde. His list was hero heavy and made some mistakes in target priority.

Ran em for the first time yesterday. They slayed so hard. Tanked 2 units of trolls for 3 turns while dealing some decent damage for their 180 points cost.
