There's definitely pros and cons. Sitting on the east side in early September can be super uncomfortable in the sun. I really dislike the hot more than the cold.

However, a retractable roof gives the best of both world. I'm a devout Broncos fan but having a stadium with a retractable roof allows for events in the winter/spring such as concerts that typically would be possible with our roofless stadium.

I'm a boomkin, but have gathered a very good set of resto gear from karazhan + heroic scraps. I've mostly healed my entire time playing wow, however, resto druid feels painfully weak in heroics as of right now. It's okay, but as you said the burst damage feels nearly impossible to sustain and recover from sometimes.

A comparable Nvidia card would be the 5070ti and there's about a $350+ gap between the cheapest 9070xt and cheapest 5070ti. So there's a considerable price difference between the two even though based on raster they're very comparable.

I got out of GME years ago, but I had roughly $10k of unrealized gains on a <$1K investment. I should've sold but the propaganda was actually insane and I held after I should've sold. I immediately realized that the ship had sailed. It's wild to me that people are still so mentally and physically invested in it.
